Step 1

If there is no bread machine, then first mix warm milk with yeast and leave to infuse for 17-25 minutes, then after a while, add the remaining ingredients (oil, salt, sugar, flour) to the semi-prepared mass and knead the dough, leave for an hour and a half for the dough to rise.

After the dough is infused, move the finished mass into a mantle boiler (or double boiler), which is already on the fire with boiling water, on the dough you can make patterns for the beauty of the dish. When placing the dough in a double boiler, do not grease the bottom with anything. Cook for no more than 15 minutes so that the bread does not get too wet, wait until the bread is fully baked and rises.
