Steamed flounder in an oriental slow cooker

Ingredients:

- 2 fillets of flounder;

- 30 ml of rice vinegar;

- 2 cm of ginger root;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 1 small onion;

- 20 ml of vegetable oil;

- 1 tsp sesame oil;

- salt.

Rinse and dry the fish. Rub it with a little salt, drizzle with rice vinegar and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Coat two sheets of foil with vegetable oil and place in their centers over the fillets. Peel the garlic, ginger root and onion and finely grate. Spread vegetables evenly over the flounder. Pour sesame oil over it, wrap it gently and place in a slow cooker. Pour water into the lower container, turn on the steam mode and cook the dish for 20-25 minutes. Garnish it with your favorite vegetables.

Steamed red fish in a slow cooker with rice

Ingredients:

- 2 steaks of red fish (salmon, trout, salmon);

- 1 tbsp. long grain rice;

- 2 tbsp. water;

- 30 ml of soy sauce;

- 20 ml of lemon juice and vegetable oil;

- 1/2 tsp each dried savory and rosemary;

- a pinch of ground white pepper;

- salt.

Marinate the fish in a mixture of lemon juice, vegetable oil and soy sauce and seasonings for 15 minutes. Rinse the rice several times and transfer to the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Pour salted water into it and place a steaming dish on top. Cover it with foil, arrange the steaks, wrap them in silver paper, leaving a small hole. Cook fish and rice for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients:

- 500 g of fish (cod, hake, pike perch, tilapia);

- 100 g of parmesan;

- 2 onions;

- 1 carrot;

- 2 sprigs of parsley, dill and celery;

- 1/2 tsp dried basil;

- salt;

- vegetable oil.

Line the bottom and sides of the steam pan with foil and brush with oil. Cut the fish into transverse slices, rub them with salt and spread them out on mirrored paper. Sprinkle basil on top, put whole sprigs of herbs, as well as carrot slices and onion rings. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater and coat the vegetable coat. Add the required amount of water to the pan and turn on the steamer mode for 15-20 minutes.

Steamed sea bass in a slow cooker with lemon sauce

Ingredients:

- 1 gutted perch (500 g) without head;

- 1/3 tsp each ground black pepper and sage;

- salt;

For the sauce:

- 20 ml each of lemon juice and white vinegar;

- 70 ml of olive oil;

- 1 tsp Sahara;

- 1/2 tsp salt;

- a pinch of ground black pepper.
