Yeast dough fish pie

For cooking you will need:

For the test:

- water - 80 ml;

- butter - 15 g;

- sugar - 1 tsp;

- chicken egg - 1 pc.;

- fresh yeast - 15 g;

- wheat flour - 250 g;

- salt - 0.5 tsp

For filling:

- green onions - 1 small bunch;

- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;

- a jar of mackerel in oil - 240 g.

A feature of this recipe can be called the fact that it is as simple as possible, you can hardly find another way to cook fish pie in a multicooker just as quickly and without additional effort.

Dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast there. Let stand for 10 minutes. When foam forms, add salt and egg to a bowl, sift flour. Knead the dough and add soft butter to it. Cover the bowl with a lid and place in a warm place for 50 minutes to rise.

Prepare the filling at this time. To do this, boil two eggs and chop them on a grater or with a knife. Cut the feather onions as well. Mash the canned fish with a fork, but do not drain the liquid - your pie will be juicier and softer. Mix the ingredients for the filling in one container, you do not need to salt them, since canned fish is already a salty product.

When the dough comes up, divide it into two equal portions. Roll out both pieces so that the size of the cake matches the diameter of the bottom of your multicooker, but remember to leave the dough for the sides. Grease a bowl of a multicooker with butter, put one tortilla from the dough, put the filling on the dough and cover with a second tortilla on top, secure the edges. Next, you need to turn on the multicooker to the baking mode and wait 40 minutes. After the time has elapsed, turn the pie over and bake for another 20 minutes.
