Fish dishes are very beneficial for the body. The thing is that fish contains a huge amount of all kinds of vitamins, selenium, calcium, fluorine, zinc, phosphorus, etc. If fried, salted, smoked, steamed and baked fish are not to your taste, then try to cook fish casserole.
It is necessary
- - 300 grams of fish fillets (you can take any fish);
- - three large potatoes;
- - one carrot;
- - two onions;
- - 70-80 grams of cheese;
- - three eggs;
- - vegetable oil;
- - a tablespoon of flour;
- - spices and salt (to taste);
- - greens (to taste).

Step 1
Boil the fish in salted water, cool it and cut it in any order (if you wish, you can not only boil the fish, but also fry or steam it).

Peel the potatoes, rinse in cold water and boil. Mash the finished potatoes, salt and cook mashed potatoes (you can add a piece of butter).

Peel the carrots, rinse and grate on a coarse grater (you can chop finely and finely).
Peel the onions and cut into half rings.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and fry the vegetables separately: first onions, then carrots. You need to fry them until fully cooked, remembering to stir constantly (you need to make sure that the vegetables do not burn).

After the vegetables are fried, transfer them to separate dishes, lightly sprinkle the bowl of the multicooker with a small amount of flour, then put the mashed potatoes in it and carefully smooth, lightly crush.
Lay onion on top of a layer of potatoes, then carrots. Pepper everything. Next, put the pieces of fish on the vegetables.
Turn on the multicooker and set the baking mode for 30 minutes.

Break eggs into a small container, salt and pepper them, beat thoroughly. Pour the prepared mixture over the contents of the multicooker (pour the casserole with eggs no earlier than 10 minutes after setting the mode).

Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the casserole 10 minutes before cooking.

Cut the prepared casserole, place on a flat plate and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. The dish can be served at the table.
