Step 1

Put sour cream (any fat content) in a bowl.

Put fish spices in sour cream. Both ready-made spice mixtures and separately pepper, salt, basil, etc. are suitable. By the way, if you have a ready-made fish mixture without salt, add salt separately. Sour cream should be well salted.
