- - 600 grams of chicken fillet,
- - 150 grams of rice,
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 egg,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,

- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil.
- Sauce:
- - 150 grams of sour cream,
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato sauce or 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste,
- - 500 ml of water.

Step 1
Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook until half cooked. Take the calculation of rice and water 1 to 3.

Rinse the fillet, cut into pieces, mix with the onion and mince. For this dish, you can use store-bought minced chicken.

Cool the boiled semi-cooked rice and mix with the minced meat. Add one egg (you can beat a little), salt and pepper, season with spices, stir.
