Chicken meatballs are a simple, healthy and tasty dish. To diversify it a little, we will prepare a sour cream-garlic sauce, which will add aroma and piquancy to the meatballs.
It is necessary
- - 500 g minced chicken
- - 2-3 slices of white bread or loaf
- - some milk or water
- - small onion head
- - 1 egg
- - 3-4 cloves of garlic
- - 5-6 st. tablespoons of sour cream
- - salt, black pepper
- - spices (to taste, you can use herbs of Italian cuisine)

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare minced meat. To do this, break the bread into small pieces and pour milk over it. Let it soak. Finely chop the onion. Mix the minced meat with onion and bread, add the egg and stir. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
To prepare the sauce, pass the garlic through a press and add to the sour cream. You can use a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise (preferably natural) as the base of the sauce. Stir and add spices. If the consistency of the sauce is too thick, you can dilute the sauce with water or broth. In addition, you can add other ingredients that you like to the sauce: herbs, lemon juice, onions, etc.
Step 3
Put the formed minced meat balls into a baking dish. Pour the prepared sauce over them and cover with foil. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes. You can serve such meatballs with any side dish - buckwheat porridge, vegetable salad, mashed potatoes, and also as an independent dish.
