- • 500g minced meat (chicken-pork or pork-beef of your choice);
- • 1/2 cup rice;
- • loaf or white bread;
- • greens;
- • milk (if not, then you can water).
- For the sauce you need:
- • ketchup;
- • sour cream;
- • salt;
- • black pepper;
- • 2 bay leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
First, boil the rice until tender. You can pre-soak the rice in water overnight.
Step 2
Soak the bread in milk. When the bread is soaked, squeeze it out of excess liquid and mix with the minced meat.

Add rice and spices. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. It works best when you stir it straight with your hands.
Step 4
Roll meatballs from the resulting minced meat.
Step 5
Make the sauce: Toss the ketchup with sour cream.
In a baking dish, in one layer, fold the meatballs and pour the sauce to the top. Add water if needed. Throw in a couple of bay leaves.

The meatballs are baked for about 40 minutes, depending on their size.
