Meatballs are a dish that originally came from the Jewish national cuisine, but now it is a popular recipe for the traditional Russian table.
It is necessary
- - minced meat (430 g);
- - champignons, mushrooms, white or chanterelles (260 g);

- - tomatoes in their own juice (340 g);

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the rice in advance and leave to cool. Rinse the mushrooms from the existing dirt, put them in a blender along with the onions and chop. Make sure that the pieces are not very small.
Step 2
Beat the prepared minced meat thoroughly on a cutting wooden board. Add rice, mushrooms and onions, and shredded cheese. Stir. Add salt.
Step 3
Form meatballs with wet hands and place in a special oven dish. The gap between the meatballs should be at least 1.5 centimeters.
Step 4
To make the sauce, take tomatoes in their own juice, add sugar, sour cream and stir. Dissolve the flour in water, stirring actively with a spoon, then pour into the tomato-sour cream mixture. Stir.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the meatballs, cover with cooking foil and place in the oven. After 40-60 minutes, you will smell a pleasant smell - a sign that the dish is ready. Serve meatballs with boiled potatoes, buckwheat or fresh vegetables.
