If you want to please your children or have a romantic dinner, then prepare spaghetti with meat balls and mouth-watering tomato sauce.
It is necessary
- 1 medium onion
- beef or mixed mince - 500 grams,
- 1 egg,
- garlic - 3 cloves,
- medium tomatoes - 2 pcs,
- tomato paste - 2 teaspoons
- spaghetti - 450 grams,
- some salt and ground pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's cook the spaghetti.
Pour about three liters of water into a saucepan (you can have more, see for yourself) and put on fire. Add salt and move on to the meatballs.
Step 2
Chop the onion as finely as possible (if you wish, you can use a blender) and mix with minced meat, salt and pepper, add other spices to taste. Beat the egg a little and add to the minced meat, mix and start sculpting small balls, which we roll in flour.
Step 3
Heat two tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the balls, as soon as an appetizing crust appears, add tomatoes cut into small cubes and diluted tomato paste. Add spices to taste.
Step 4
Boil the spaghetti until half cooked. Drain the water, add a little olive oil or butter and salt (you don't need to add salt, you need to try it first).
Step 5
We lay out the spaghetti in portioned plates. Pour tomato sauce over each portion and place the meatballs on top. Optionally, garnish with herbs and serve with a selection of fresh vegetables or vegetable salad.
