Simple chicken meat turns into a real delicacy that can be fed to all relatives. Amazing combination of cream cheese with garlic salt and thyme will impress anyone. Serve with mustard puree.

- - 50 g cream cheese;
- - 20 g green onions;
- - ½ teaspoon dried thyme;
- - ½ teaspoon of garlic salt;
- - ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper;
- - 300 ml of chicken broth;
- - vegetable oil for greasing the pan.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion. Sprinkle the breasts with garlic salt and pepper. Grease a large non-stick skillet with oil and heat. Add the seasoned breasts and sauté them for 10 minutes, until they turn brown. Turn over once while frying.

At this time, make the sauce: pour the flour into a bowl, gradually add the broth to it, stirring constantly, until you get a homogeneous mixture. Stir well to avoid lumps.

Add the sauce and thyme to the chicken skillet, cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan, but do not let it cool down. Add cream cheese to the sauce. Leave 1 tablespoon of green onions for garnish and pour the rest into the skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Place the chicken back in the pan and cook for another 5 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with onions on top.
