  • - balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
  • - olive oil - 1-2 tablespoons;
  • - liquid honey - 1 tsp;
  • - mustard - 0.5 tsp;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - fresh herbs - a bunch.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the pepper, place on a baking sheet. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Set the baking sheet with peppers for 30 minutes. Let the vegetables be baked separately from all products, then they need to be peeled.

Step 2

Wash the zucchini and cut into thin rings. Rinse and peel the carrots, prepare in the form of thin plates. It is better to use small carrots, such circles look more profitable in a dish.

Step 3

Divide the pre-washed cauliflower into inflorescences. Cut the large ones in half. Pick a small onion head. Free it from the husk, cut thinly into cubes. Peel the garlic cloves, crush, then chop finely.

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly in running water. Dry and cut into wedges. If you want a lot of cheese sauce, use more tomatoes in your recipe. It is from these vegetables that more liquid is released during the cooking process.

Prepare a baking sheet or large baking dish. Put the vegetables in any order, salt, pour with olive oil. Stir everything gently and place in the oven. Cook the convenience food for 45 minutes. Drain off the juice 30 minutes after cooking. And put the dish with vegetables in the oven again.

After taking out the peppers, cool them. Peel off burnt skin. Cut the flesh of the peppers into pieces. Add the peppers to the total vegetable mass, stir.
