It is necessary

  • 3 eggplants;
  • 3 zucchini;
  • 3-4 tomatoes or a can of tomatoes in their own juice;
  • 1 large onion, preferably red;
  • 2 - 3 large cloves of garlic;
  • 2 sweet peppers;
  • finely chopped parsley;
  • olive oil;
  • 200 ml of water;
  • salt, pepper, basil;
  • feta or feta cheese.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and cut the courgettes, eggplants and onions into small cubes. Put on a baking sheet, pour with olive oil.

Step 2

Peel the tomatoes by immersing them in boiling water for a minute. Then grind the tomatoes in a blender with garlic and spices. Fill the resulting mixture with vegetables on a baking sheet and add water. We send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 3

After 40 minutes the vegetables should be sprinkled with crumbled feta (feta cheese) and put into the oven for another 15 minutes.

Delicious to eat both hot and cold. Moreover, the Greeks themselves claim that the next day, when the briam is infused, it becomes even tastier!

When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Bon Appetit!
