A vegetable salad for breakfast is not only tasty, but satisfying and healthy. You can supplement breakfast with a glass of freshly squeezed juice and cereal bread.
It is necessary
- - small carrots;
- - red bell pepper;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 2 tsp liquid honey;
- - 2 tbsp. olive oil;
- - 2-3 sprigs of fresh dill;
- - freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon;
- - black sesame seeds;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - ground black pepper if desired.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the red bell pepper, remove the stalk, remove the seeds and partitions. Cut into thin and long strips. Peel the carrots, cut into thin, long strips.
Step 2
Wash the freshly plucked green zucchini, pat dry with a towel and cut into thin slices. Transfer vegetables to a salad bowl, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Step 3
Prepare the salad dressing in a separate bowl. Toss liquid flower honey and fine extra virgin olive oil. Drizzle over the green zucchini, red pepper and young carrot salad with the honey-olive dressing and stir.
Step 4
Lightly fry the black sesame seeds without oil. Chop the dill finely. Add finely chopped dill and toasted black sesame seeds to the vegetable salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the prepared salad into portioned dishes. Serve, garnish with cheese cubes or slices of soft cheese.
