Instructions
Step 1
You don't need a lot of ingredients and special preparations to create the dough. Heat the water for the dough to boiling water. Mix boiling water with salt, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, stir. Sift wheat flour - fill it with oxygen. Knead a soft dough. Leave the semi-finished product alone for 30 minutes, cover with a towel.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes, wipe with a napkin, cut into circles. Chop the cheese or cottage cheese (cut), put it on the tomatoes. Peel the garlic, crush, then finely chop. Mix with tomatoes and feta cheese. Wash the greens, shake off excess moisture, chop finely with a knife. Mix the herbs with the total mass.
Step 3
Roll out half of the dough on the work table, sprinkle the table with flour. Make sure that the layer is 0.5 mm thick. Distribute the circles on the rolled dough. Maintain a minimum distance of 3 cm between the tomato rings. Place the filling on each tomato slice. Cover the first with the second rolled out layer of dough.
Step 4
Choose a glass of a suitable size, carefully cut the pies along the contours of the tomatoes. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the pies on both sides until golden brown. Place hot items on paper towels to remove excess grease. Serve the pies with tomatoes, feta cheese and herbs slightly cooled.
