In a volumetric container, sift more than half of the flour, add baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, oil, vinegar and water, whisk. Add liquid to the flour in small portions and knead the dough. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
We wash all the greens and remove the excess liquid with paper towels, finely chop. Squeeze the garlic through a press and add it to the herbs, salt a little. We mix. Set aside a little greens to grease the pies after baking. Add feta cheese to the remaining greens and mix everything.
Step 3
Transfer the chilled dough to a well-floured table, mix a little with your hands and divide into four parts. Roll each part into thin circles. Lubricate the circle with the filling (a little), fold it in half and grease it again with the filling. Fold in half again and grease again with filling, fold in half. It turns out a multi-layered triangle. This should be done with each piece of dough. Put each pie on a greased baking sheet. Lubricate with whipped yolk on top. It is better to bake at a temperature of 210-220 degrees, about 20-30 minutes. Ready-made pies need to be greased with green filling.
