Sweet peppers with baked cheese and herbs are sure to please all lovers of cheese and spices. You can cook a treat in a matter of minutes, and on the table it will become an original appetizer or addition to almost any side dish.
It is necessary
- - 5 small sweet peppers
- - 400 g feta cheese
- - 2 sprigs of tarragon
- - olive oil
- - ground sweet paprika
- - 2 sprigs of mint
- - 2 sprigs of rosemary
- - 40 ml wine vinegar
- - 1 teaspoon of oregano
- - 3 cloves of garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse and chop all the herbs necessary for the recipe with a knife. Pour the prepared mixture with a small amount of wine vinegar and olive oil.
Step 2
Chop the garlic cloves or pass through a press. Combine a teaspoon each of oregano and sweet ground paprika in a small container. Add all ingredients to the herbs.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Place it in a deep bowl. It is advisable to use a container that can be tightly closed with a lid. Pour the herbal mixture over the cheese and refrigerate for a few hours.
Step 4
Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds. Stuff the blanks with the cheese mixture and put in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
A brown crust that appears on the cheese will tell you about the readiness of the dish. Garnish with a few sprigs of mint before serving.
