Spring holidays are approaching, and you need to put something on the table. Nowadays, you won't surprise anyone with ordinary sausage-cheese slices. But making a cake from seemingly incompatible products is an original and, most importantly, correct move.

150 g flour, 1 egg white, salt, 160 g butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 clove of garlic, 2 red onions, 400 g of young cheese, 100 g of sour cream, 250 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 egg yolk, 1 bunch of parsley, dill, green onions, 150 g of rye bread, 1 pod of yellow and red pepper, 2 celery roots, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, 6 slices of salami

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Knead a homogeneous dough of flour, egg white and 60 g butter with 2 tbsp. l. water. Roll it into a ball and put in a cold place for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and put it in a split form with a diameter of 18 cm. Pierce it several times with a fork. Then bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Chill well on a kitchen wire shelf.

Step 2

Peel the onion and garlic. Chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press, cut the onion into 8 pieces.

Step 3

Beat the remaining butter until frothy. Add young cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, yolk and garlic. Wash, dry, finely chop the herbs and mix with the cheese mass. Season with pepper and salt.

Step 4

Crumble the bread and sprinkle the crust evenly. Spread the cheese mass on top. Cool for about 10 minutes.

Step 5

Peel, wash and cut the bell peppers into strips. Wash the celery, peel and cut into slices. Simmer all together for about 5 minutes in vegetable oil, and then cool.

Step 6

Arrange the cooked vegetables and salami slices beautifully over the cheese mass and cool again for 3-4 hours. Decorate with celery leaves if desired.
