The dough that goes into the recipe for this pizza turns out to be very tender with a thin crispy crust, and the filling is thick and juicy. Such a dish will not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients:
- Smoked pork - 250 g;
- Onions - 2 pcs;
- Hard cheese
- - 250 g;
- Bell pepper - 2 pcs;
- Butter - 30 g;
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs;
- Olive oil - 50 ml;
- Warm milk - 160 ml;
- Yeast - 8 g;
- Granulated sugar - 2 teaspoons;
- Green onion - 10 feathers;
- Ground black pepper and salt.
Preparation:
- Pour some milk into a bowl, dilute all yeast and granulated sugar in it, leave for 15 minutes. Pour flour into a deep container, make a depression in it, break 2 chicken eggs there, add salt, pour out yeast, milk, knead the dough. Insist covered dough for 40-60 minutes in a warm place.
- Chop smoked pork into small strips. Boil the remaining eggs hard-boiled, peel, cut and grind into crumbs with your hands.
- Peel all the onions and cut into thin half rings. Wash the tomatoes, chop them into thin circles. Wash and chop the green onion feathers.
- Grate hard cheese through a coarse grater.
- Peel the pith from the bell pepper, cut into thin half rings.
- Roll out the resulting dough to a thickness of 0.7 cm and put on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
- With the first layer, line the grated egg, followed by half rings of onions, sweet peppers, smoked pork and only then tomato circles.
- Sprinkle a little black pepper on top of the future product. Spread small pieces of butter all over the pizza, sprinkle with grated hard cheese, and finally garnish with green onions.
- Send the baking sheet to a preheated oven (180-210 degrees), bake for about half an hour.
