Soup with beans and smoked meats causes more than just appetite. It is quite satisfying and healthy. Beans contribute enough protein and dietary fiber. It has a wonderful effect on the digestive system.

- - smoked sausages - 250 g;
- - cabbage - 300 g;

Step 1
On the eve of making the soup, take care of the variegated beans. Soak it for 8-10 hours in cold water. After the indicated time, drain the water and rinse the beans.
Step 2
Prepare a comfortable, small saucepan. Pour 2 liters of water into it and dip the soaked variegated beans into the water. Cover the pan with a lid, set on fire. Cook the beans for 40 minutes after boiling on a slow heat, no need to salt.
Step 3
Take up the preparation of meat products. Cut the sausages into thin slices. Prepare the brisket in the form of small cubes. Spoon the chopped meats over the cooked beans. Add a teaspoon of paprika to the pan with the slices. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Rinse the cabbage in running water, leave for a few minutes, let the excess liquid drain. Then chop into thin strips. Peel the garlic. Next, crush the garlic wedge with the flat side of a knife and chop finely.
Step 5
Add chopped cabbage and prepared garlic to the staples. Cook on low heat for 15-17 minutes.
Step 6
5-7 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt and pepper to the soup with variegated beans and smoked meats. Add fresh herbs to the prepared soup to your liking.
