This soup is delicious and satisfying enough. Do not forget that thanks to the ingredients that are included in it, it is also healthy. The excellent combination of smoked meats and peas gives this soup a delicious smell.
It is necessary
- - 300 g brisket (bacon can be used);
- - 500 g smoked ribs (pork ribs can be used);
- - 250 g of peas;
- - 2 pcs. carrots;
- - 7 pcs. potatoes;
- - 2 onions;
- - 3-4 pcs. bay leaf;
- - salt;
- - sunflower oil;
- - pepper;
- - greens to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Take ribs and fill with water, cook them for about forty minutes. Then remove, cool and separate the meat from the bones.
Take peas and rinse them in cold water. Put the meat removed from the ribs and peas in the broth, cook for half an hour.
Take the onion and chop it finely, grate the carrots (medium), chop the brisket.
Step 2
Fry the chopped onions and grated carrots. Take another skillet and fry the brisket on it without adding oil. Take potatoes, peel and cut into cubes (bars), put in broth and cook for about four minutes.
Step 3
Then add the brisket, salt and pepper to taste, add fried onions with grated carrots. Cook until the potatoes are fully cooked. Place the bay leaf ten minutes before cooking. Set aside the saucepan with the soup so that it brew for about fifteen minutes, remove the bay leaf and remove. Before serving, garnish the first dish with herbs, sprinkle it liberally.
