Step 1
First, prepare the dough. To do this, stir the butter, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy for 1-2 minutes. Then gradually add eggs, lemon zest.

Step 2
Combine the flour and baking powder, then add to the mixture and stir on medium speed. Add milk at the end and stir well.

Cover the baking dish with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly. If you are using peaches for the filling, then you will need 4 of them.

Boil water and put peaches in boiling water for a minute. Peel them and cut them into thin slices.

Place the peach slices on top of the dough, sprinkle with berries and toasted almonds. Bake in the oven at 200 C.
