This beautiful, delicate orange pie with a cheese flavor and rich citrus aroma turns out to be unusually tasty, with a pleasant aftertaste and original sourness. Such a delicious dessert will be appreciated by both adults and children!
  It is necessary
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - - 1 tablespoon water
 - - 3 large eggs (whites and yolks)
 - - 2/3 cup sugar
 - - 2 oranges
 - - 100 g unsalted softened butter
 - - 150 g ricotta cheese
 - 1/3 cup corn or almond flour
 - - 1 glass of flour
 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
 
Instructions
Step 1
Mix brown sugar and water well until thick. Pour this mixture in a thin layer into a round baking dish covered with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
Beat the egg whites with a mixer until a thick foam forms. Set aside.
Step 3
Cut both oranges in half. For this recipe, they used red oranges, a type of blood-red orange.
  Step 4
Cut one of its halves into thin slices and place them in a baking dish on top of the mixture of sugar and water.
  Step 5
Squeeze the other three orange halves (about 1/3 cup of juice) and set aside.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, combine sugar, zest from 2 oranges. Add oil and mix with a mixer until light and fluffy.

Add egg yolk one at a time and mix well again.

Next, add the juice from the oranges and ricotta cheese; stir until smooth. Sprinkle with salt, then add flour and mix well. Then add the egg whites.
  Step 9
Gently place the dough into the mold, being careful not to touch the orange slices.
  Step 10
Bake at 150 C for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes and then turn upside down.
Then let cool completely and cut into pieces.
