Orange Pie is a pastry with a pleasant citrus flavor. The main highlight of such a cake are candied orange peels, which not only serve as a decoration, but also add a sweet and sour taste to the cake with a slight characteristic bitterness.

- Two and a half glasses of wheat flour

- 100 grams of butter
- 200 ml of milk
- 250 grams of sugar
- two oranges,

Step 1
Take the butter and put it in a bowl. Melt in a water bath.

Pour the melted butter into another bowl and add 150 grams of sugar (you can take cane sugar) and two chicken eggs to it.

Rub the food with a hand whisk. Add milk, mix.

We wash the orange. Peel the peel and set it aside.

Cut the orange pulp into small cubes. Add the orange cubes to a bowl of butter, milk, sugar and eggs.

Pour flour into a bowl and mix well until smooth. The dough should come out without lumps.

Lubricate the cake pan with vegetable oil and transfer the dough into it.
We put the form with the dough in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. We bake the cake for about 35 minutes.

Remove the peel from the second orange and squeeze the juice from the pulp.

Put the peel from two oranges on a wooden board and cut it into thin strips.

Pour orange juice into a small ladle. Dilute the juice with the same amount of water and put on medium heat.

Add 100 grams of sugar, cook candied fruits for another 20 minutes with occasional stirring.
