Many mothers are tormented by the question: "What to do with purchased for the future, but the remaining stocks of baby food and milk powder?" For some, milk powder is generally an unclear product: what to cook from it and how? It turns out that you can make excellent sweets from powdered milk.
It is necessary
-
- "Mom's Truffles"
- 3-4 cups milk powder
- 1/2 cup regular milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 40 g butter
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- bread crumbs or coconut flakes
- "Banana Delight"
- almonds - 100 g
- sugar - 3 tablespoons
- powdered milk - 2-3 cups
- banana - 1 pc
- milk - 2 tablespoons
- butter - 20 g
- coconut flakes
Instructions
Step 1
"Mom's Truffles"
Place milk, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Put on the stove on the lowest heat and stir constantly. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved. Leave the resulting mixture to cool.
Step 2
Add cocoa to the already cold mixture and gradually add milk powder. The mass should become viscous enough that it can easily move away from the sides of the pan while stirring. But don't add too much or you will get a “woody” effect.
Step 3
Form truffles from the resulting mass and roll them in breadcrumbs or coconut.
Step 4
"Banana Delight"
Mash a banana in a deep bowl with a spoon, add milk, sugar and softened butter to it, mix thoroughly. Gradually add milk powder to the mass until a homogeneous thick and viscous mass is obtained.
Step 5
Pinch off a piece of the resulting mass, put an almond on it and roll a ball so that the almonds are inside the ball. In this way, shape all the candies.
Step 6
Dip the resulting candies in the coconut. The dish is immediately ready to eat.
Step 7
In the same way, you can prepare "strawberry delight" by replacing the banana with strawberries. An excellent option would also be "blueberry delight", blueberries contain many vitamins and isoflavones, which are essential for good vision.
