Homemade sweets

Make milk powder candy that melts in your mouth. If there are no some ingredients, then they are easily changed to others. So, instead of cream, you can take milk or water, and replace coconut with cane sugar with cinnamon or orange peel.

The recipe says that homemade sweets include:

- 100 g of butter;

- 3 tablespoons of cream;

- 110 g of sugar;

- 600 ml of cooled boiled or filtered water;

- 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes.

Pour sugar into a saucepan, put butter, pour in water and cream. Put the mixture on fire and bring to a boil. It is imperative to stir it periodically.

Everything boiled, turn off the heat, let the contents cool down mute. Add milk powder in small portions and stir with a spoon.

Prepare a suitable shape. It needs to be greased with butter and sprinkled with coconut flakes. If any ingredient is missing, then replace it with those described above.

The form is removed for 40-50 minutes in the refrigerator. Now cut the frozen mass with a sharp knife to make candy. You can put the kettle on and taste the delicate delicacy.

Powdered milk will help create a cream very similar to the one used in Rafaello sweets. For the shell, buy waffle tartlets, and for the cream, take:

- 60 ml of water;

- 150 g of powdered milk;

- 80-100 g of sugar;

- 60 g of coconut flakes;

- 90-100 g of butter;

- vanillin.

As in the previous recipe, the oil, water and sugar are brought to a boil. Then add milk powder, coconut flakes, vanillin to the mass and stir.

Place the cooled cream in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then fill in 2 halves of the tartlets and stack them together to make crunchy filled balls. If they are not there, then form balls from the frozen cream and roll them in coconut flakes.

With this cream, you can layer cakes, add it to cakes.

Custard

When the cream has cooled, it is spread over a 100-gram piece of butter, a little vanillin is added and whipped. A delicious cake layer is ready. If desired, at the whipping stage, you can add a heaped tablespoon of instant cocoa, you get a chocolate cream.
