Turkey meat is considered the most dietary. And if you cook it in combination with cottage cheese, you get a deliciously tasty and healthy dish with an original delicate, slightly piquant taste.

- 1 kg turkey fillet
- 200 gr fat cottage cheese
- 2 sweet peppers of different colors
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- parsley and basil
- olive or vegetable oil
- salt pepper

Step 1
Let's start by making the filling. To do this, the herbs and bell peppers must be washed and dried with a paper towel. Finely chop the greens. Peel the seeds and chop finely. Peel the cloves of garlic and pass through a press. Combine all ingredients, mix and add cottage cheese. Then add salt and pepper to taste and stir again.
Step 2
Rinse the poultry fillets thoroughly, dry, rub with salt and make several longitudinal cuts. Expand the fillet into a layer and, covered with plastic wrap, beat off a little. Lay the filling on the fillet that has been broken off, in an even, not too thick layer. Roll into a roll and secure with thread.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet. Fry the roll on both sides until golden brown. Then remove from the stove. Place the roll on a lightly oiled baking sheet and cook for about an hour in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Step 4
Cool the finished roll a little, remove the threads, cut into portions and place on a dish, decorating as you wish.
