Pour the mixture into a separate bowl and cool at room temperature. As soon as the mass has cooled, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After cooling, add cream, vanilla essence and previously prepared strawberry mass to the mass. Mix everything well, put in molds and place in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

- 250 ml cream;
- 100 g of granulated sugar;
- 150 g of grated dark chocolate.

When the granulated sugar is completely dissolved, remove the bowl from the heat and visit it in the refrigerator, while adding cream there.
