Probably, many have at least once thought about how to make ice cream at home without cream and eggs. Today you can get your favorite delicacy in any store, but not everyone is satisfied with the composition of the finished product. Usually, a cold dessert is high in calories, but adherents of various diets also want to pamper themselves with an extravaganza of tastes.
Raspberry-strawberry ice
Summer is the time to prepare cold desserts from fresh berries and fruits. Those who want to make ice cream at home without cream and eggs should stock up on recipes for fruit ice, sorbet.
To make homemade ice cream for the whole family, spin 600 g of pure ripe raspberries and strawberries in a blender, then rub through a sieve to remove the seeds. Mix with two teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Boil a syrup from 100 grams of granulated sugar and 40 ml of water, and after cooling, mix thoroughly with strawberry-raspberry puree. Divide the resulting mixture into molds and keep in the freezer until it solidifies. Always cover the top containers with foil to prevent odors! Place wooden sticks in a container with half-frozen ice cream.

Using a blender, mixer, beat all the ingredients into a puree. Boil the syrup from 70 ml of water and half a glass of granulated sugar, cool and pour into the watermelon mass. Mix everything, put in the freezer until it solidifies.

Vanilla-curd ice cream
Try to make ice cream at home from milk, with the addition of dry milk powder produced in accordance with GOST. Homemade cottage cheese will be an excellent addition.
For dessert, take half a liter of country milk that has stood in the refrigerator. Pour into the blender bowl, add, with the appliance turned on, six tablespoons of milk powder, the same portion of granulated sugar and cottage cheese. To taste, you can put stevia syrup, as well as a couple of pinches of vanillin, or pour in a few drops of vanilla essence.
Pour a glass of berries into homemade milk ice cream, black currants and blueberries are especially good. Make sure the curd is well blended and there are no lumps left. Then place the homogeneous mixture in a freezer dish.
Helpful Hint: A great alternative to homemade ice cream molds is a one-piece plastic bag without a single hole. Inflate it first and make sure it is not breathable. From time to time, take the bag out of the freezer, knead it in your hands, transfer it from one side to the other.
Banana ice cream with yogurt and condensed milk
You can make ice cream at home very quickly and easily if you don't have eggs, cream, or even milk at hand, but you have 300 ml of yogurt, 2-3 tablespoons of condensed milk, 150 g of curd mass. You just need to mix all the ingredients with 2-3 chopped bananas in a blender until the resulting mixture doubles in size. Divide the mixture into molds, cover with plastic foil and place in the freezer.
To make such homemade ice cream especially tasty, periodically - every 20 minutes - take it out of the container, beat with a blender and put it back in the cold. To get the most delicate dessert, it is enough to repeat these manipulations 4 times.
