250 grams of strawberries -1/2 cup icing sugar-Juice of half a lemon -2 large eggs -300 grams of ice cream -Waffle cone (optional)

Step 1
Peel the strawberries completely. In a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup icing sugar and the juice of half a lemon. Stir until powder dissolves. Use regular sugar instead of powdered sugar.
Step 2
Take a small saucepan and add the remaining sugar and eggs to it. It is necessary to put everything on the stove and bring to a boil. It is better to use a steam bath, then the ice cream will turn out to be light and tender. The mixture must be removed when it becomes warm.
Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat and beat until it is three times the size. Then refrigerate to room temperature.
Step 4
Take an ice cream and add everything you made in advance. This mixture must be removed to the freezer. The ice cream should harden within 3 hours.
Step 5
Chop the strawberries finely. Remove the previously prepared mass from the freezer. Beat everything in a mixer until smooth. Refrigerate again. Ice cream is ready to serve. Use a waffle cone or other decorations.
