  • - rice (long) - 75 g;

  • - olive oil - 100 ml;
  • - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - vinegar 3% - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - mustard - 1 tsp;
  • - curry - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • - parsley - for decoration.

Step 1

Sort the rice, rinse with water, boil in salted water until tender.

Bake the peppers in the oven at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Then take out the peppers and put them in a plastic bag and leave for 10 minutes. Peel the peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds.
