It is necessary

  • - 100 g green beans;
  • - 300 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - 1 chicken fillet;
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - 1 bunch of green salad;
  • - 3 pcs of potatoes;
  • - 1 onion head;
  • - 200 ml milk cream;
  • - 1 tbsp. l. flour;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

To begin with, cut the mushrooms into slices and fry lightly together with green beans in vegetable oil.

Tear lettuce leaves with your hands.

Step 3

Boil the chicken fillet, add seasonings and salt, cut into medium-sized pieces.

Wash the tomato, cut into half rings.

Step 5

Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water. Cool, peel, cut into half rings.

Step 6

Prepare the creamy onion sauce. Cut the head of a small onion into small cubes, finely chop a clove of garlic. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil. Dissolve one tablespoon of flour in cream and gradually add this mixture to the onion and garlic, stirring continuously. Salt to taste, add seasonings (any). As soon as the sauce thickens, remove from heat, cool slightly, beat well with a blender.

Serve while still warm.

Combine all the ingredients of the salad, salt to taste, mix gently. Cut the quail eggs in half and place on top as a decoration.
