Pancakes with cheese and bacon make a great hot snack. The pancakes are tasty and satisfying. The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for 5-6 servings.

It is necessary

  • - flour - 300 g;
  • - milk 2, 5% - 700 ml;
  • - water - 200 ml;
  • - eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • - butter - 100 g;
  • - hard cheese - 250 g;
  • - bacon - 100 g;
  • - onion - 1 head;
  • - cream (25-33%) - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - ground nutmeg - 0.25 tsp;
  • - ground white pepper - a pinch;
  • - salt - 1 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Pancake dough preparation. Beat eggs with milk (500 ml) with a mixer, salt, gradually add flour (250 g), stir. The dough is ready.

Step 2

Bake thin pancakes in a greased skillet (about 30 g butter will be needed). Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Step 3

Cooking the filling. Cut onion and bacon into small cubes, lightly fry in butter (50 g). Then add 1 tbsp. l. flour and fry for another 5 minutes.

Step 4

Grate the cheese.

Mix milk (200 ml) and water. Combine with sautéed onions and bacon. Simmer for another 7-8 minutes. Then pour in the cream and add the grated cheese, nutmeg and pepper. Stir, bring to a boil. The filling should be viscous and thick.

Step 6

Place 1-2 dessert spoons of hot filling on each pancake. Roll the pancake into a roll. Place the rolls in a greased dish (in one row), sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Place pieces of butter on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. The pancakes are ready! Bon Appetit!
