Pancakes, chicken and bacon and vegetables will be a real hit in your family. Ready-made pancakes will always be at hand, you just have to heat them up in the microwave.
It is necessary
- - 4 chicken breast fillets;
- - 12 thin slices of bacon;
- - 200 g of medium mushrooms;
- - 200 g of ripe tomatoes (cherry can be used);
- - 8 ready-made pancakes;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sunflower oil;
- - 15 g butter;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of maple syrup;
- - sprigs of parsley for decoration;
- - salt and ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut each chicken breast diagonally into three strips. Wrap each strip in a slice of bacon.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and sauté the bacon-wrapped chicken over medium heat for 6 minutes, until the bacon is golden brown and the chicken is browned. Transfer the meat to a plate to keep it warm.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes in half. Heat the remaining oil, add the mushrooms, mix well and slide to one side of the pan. Place the tomato halves, cut side down, on the loose portion. Season with salt and pepper, add butter. Grill over high heat for 1 minute.
Step 4
Preheat ready-made pancakes in the microwave under the lid.
Step 5
Place bacon-wrapped chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes in each pancake. Fold the pancakes four times, then place on 4 bowls. Drizzle with maple syrup, garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
