Pancakes stuffed with bacon and green pepper are served for dinner with a little aperitif. Pancakes are not prepared for long, but they turn out to be hearty and tasty. Homemade sauce is also served with pancakes, which will add a little spice and flavor.

- - hard cheese - 270 g
- - bacon - 2 slices
- - milk - 250 ml
- - flour - 150-160 g
- - egg - 2-3 pcs.

- - tomato sauce - 1 glass

- - salsa sauce - 1 tbsp. the spoon

Instructions
Step 1
Chop green peppers coarsely, fry in a pan with olive oil for 6-10 minutes. Break the eggs into a mixer glass. Add flour, milk, a pinch of salt and a spoonful of oil, mix with a mixer. The pancake dough is ready.
Step 2
Fry the pancakes in a skillet with olive oil, pouring the dough in portions and giving it a round shape. Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a skillet with a little olive oil for 6-11 minutes.
Step 3
For the sauce, chop the garlic and fry in a saucepan with olive oil until golden brown. Add tomato sauce, salsa sauce, honey, a pinch of cumin and red pepper. Cook over low heat for 3-7 minutes.
Step 4
Put sliced cheese, green pepper, bacon on the pancakes, wrap and fry in a pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Serve with prepared sauce and garnish with a sprig of parsley. Bon Appetit!
