- - 100 grams of San Daniele ham per slice
- - 200 grams of firm ripe tomatoes 1 stalk of celery 1 carrot

Step 1
Pour the tomatoes over with salted boiling water, wash, peel, remove the grains, drain the vegetable water, and cut into pieces

Grind carrots, celery and onions in a blender

Cut the ham into strips and set aside.

Lightly sauté the chopped vegetables in oil, avoiding crusting, add the chopped ham and sauté lightly, stirring constantly

Combine chopped tomatoes in a saucepan, add salt and pepper and cook, covered over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, and, if necessary, add a few tablespoons of hot water to stretch the sauce

Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, bring a large amount of water to a boil, add salt and cook the pasta until half cooked, then drain the water, stir with the stew cooked in ham and serve.
