Chicken soup with homemade noodles is delicious, hearty and light. There are a variety of pasta to choose from in stores, but they can't be compared to homemade noodles.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare chicken broth: pour the chicken with 2 liters of water and bring to a boil, remove the foam. Peel the onions, carrots and parsley root. Cut the carrots in half, add vegetables and a few peppercorns to the chicken. Cook for 40 minutes, then remove the meat and cut the fillets into small pieces.
Step 2
Prepare the noodles: sift the flour and form a slide from it with a depression in the middle. Pour 2 tablespoons into it. cold water, an egg and a pinch of salt, knead a hard dough. Leave it on for 15 minutes to distance. Pour a thin layer of flour on the table, roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut into small strips 0.5-1 cm wide, leave for 15 minutes to dry. Roll out the noodle dough is not so easy, it constantly shrinks. It should be so thin that the table can be seen through it.
Step 3
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes, pour into the broth, cook for 5 minutes. Remove the parsley root and carrots from the broth, cut them into cubes and put them back into the saucepan.
Step 4
Add noodles to the broth, after boiling, reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Salt the soup and put pieces of meat in it. Before serving, add the dill and season the dish with sour cream. To shorten the cooking time, you can buy 2 legs instead of chicken.
