Step 1
Wash the turkey meat and place in a saucepan with water. Place on a hot stove. When the water boils, drain it. Then the broth will be more transparent and healthy.

Refill the pot with water. You will need 3 liters of it. Place the pot back on the stove and cook the turkey for 30 minutes on medium heat.

Peel and wash the potatoes. Then slice it up. Peel and wash carrots and onions. Grind the carrots. Finely chop the onion.

Break the chicken egg into a bowl, add a little salt. Stir in the flour gradually, stirring in the egg, until you have a stiff dough. Roll it out thinly with a rolling pin. Cut into strips. Then stack them one on top of the other, sprinkle each with flour and chop the noodles.
Step 5
Chop the turkey finely, taking it out of the broth. Then add the meat back to the soup. Put potatoes and noodles in the broth, salt it.
Step 6
After 15 minutes, add the carrots and onions. After the soup has boiled for another 5-8 minutes, put finely chopped greens in it. You can use whatever you like. For example, dill and parsley work well. The turkey noodle soup is ready.
