Mandarin pulp contains B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, potassium. Tangerines can be eaten in their natural form, or you can make compotes, sauces, desserts from them. We offer an interesting recipe for tangerine pie with semolina, no flour is required for this baking.
It is necessary
- - 8 tangerines;
- - 1, 5 cups of sugar;
- - a glass of semolina;
- - glass of water;
- - 4 eggs.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel four tangerines, cut into circles. Mix a glass of sugar and a glass of water in a saucepan, put on the stove, cook until the sugar dissolves - you get a sweet syrup.
Step 2
Place the tangerine pieces in the syrup and cook together for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the zest from the three tangerines with a grater and mash the pulp.
Step 4
Squeeze the juice from the last tangerine, add to the sugar syrup. Boil the syrup so that excess moisture evaporates, the mixture should become thick.
Step 5
Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the yolks with half a glass of sugar, add the tangerine zest, mashed potatoes, a glass of semolina, mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Beat the whites separately, add to the tangerine dough, mix. Just do not overdo it - the squirrels should not fall off, because at their expense the cake will rise, becoming airy and fluffy.
Step 7
Place the mugs of tangerines in syrup in a baking dish and top with the dough. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Pour the finished cake with a small amount of syrup, return to the switched off, but not cooled down oven for impregnation. Then turn the finished pie onto a dish so that the tangerine pieces are on top.
