  • - parchment.
  • For the test:
  • - oatmeal 1, 5 cups;
  • - sugar 1/3 cup;
  • - soft butter 100 g;
  • - baking powder 1 teaspoon;
  • For filling:
  • - low-fat cottage cheese 250 g;
  • - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
  • - sugar 1/3 cup;
  • - a mixture of frozen berries 200 g;
  • - vanilla sugar 0.5 teaspoon.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the dough. Thoroughly grind the butter with sugar. Grind the oatmeal in a food processor or meat grinder. Add baking powder to them and combine with the sugar mixture. Mix the dough. It should be crumbly.

Step 2

Cooking curd filling. Place cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a large bowl and beat well with a mixer until creamy.

Step 3

Line a baking dish with parchment. Put 2/3 of the prepared dough into a mold and spread it evenly over the bottom of the mold using your hands or a spoon. Place the curd filling on top of the shortbread dough. Then put the frozen berries and lightly press into the curd mass. Now cover it all with the remaining dough.

Step 4

Put the pie in the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown. When the cake is completely cool, remove it from the pan and cut it into portions.
