Let's lighten the classic chocolate cake a bit so that the diet doesn't become an excuse to deny ourselves the pleasures!
It is necessary
- For 10 servings:
- - 1 tsp and 1/3 tsp. + 1 tsp vanilla;
- - 1 and 1/3 st. heavy cream;
- - 0, 6 Art. cocoa powder;
- - 125 g butter;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 3 tbsp. icing sugar;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 190 g of dark chocolate;
- - 4 chicken eggs;
- - almond petals for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and line the baking dish with parchment paper (it is best to use a split dish - it will be easier to remove).
Step 2
In a water bath, melt the butter and chocolate, chopped into small pieces. It is better not to use a microwave oven - it is important not to overheat the chocolate, otherwise it will become grainy! Stir, add a glass of sugar and vanilla and blend until smooth. At this point, the mixture should have cooled down.
Step 3
Drive eggs into the cooled mass in turn. Mix well after each addition of the "dough" until smooth. Sift cocoa into the chocolate-butter mixture and add a pinch of salt. Stir one last time and pour into mold. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, let cool and transfer to serving platter.
Step 4
Whisk in the icing sugar cream, decorate the cake right on a serving platter, sprinkle with almond petals and serve.
