It is necessary
- - beef - 300 g;

- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- - bay leaf - 1 pc.;
- - peppercorns - 3-4 pcs.;
- - salt - to taste;
- - greens - a bunch;
- - water - 1.5 l;
- - cranberries - for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the meat first. Place the washed piece of beef in a saucepan, cover with water. Place the container on the stove, cook over low heat, after boiling for 1-1.5 hours. After 30-40 minutes, add the peeled carrots and onions to the broth. At the end of cooking, season with salt, pepper and bay leaves.
Step 2
Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Strain the finished broth, pour exactly half a liter, add the finished gelatin, stir. Heat the composition to a hot state, you do not need to boil.
Step 3
Boil eggs hard-boiled, peel and divide into whites and yolks. Chop the whites into small cubes, and use the yolks for other purposes, at your discretion. Cut the carrots into cubes or cubes. Chop the cooled beef finely, mix with carrots and pieces of protein.
Step 4
Prepare a form or a few small ones. Put cranberries and herbs on the bottom. Next are pieces of meat, proteins and carrots. Pour the broth gently over the products, cool a little. For complete cooling, further hardening of the aspic, leave the food in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
