- - gelatin 1 tbsp;
- - whipped cream;

Step 1
Prepare baskets. To do this, line the bottom and sides of the muffin tins with shortcrust pastry and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 ° C. Cool the finished baskets and remove from the molds. Then fill each basket with ready-made whipped cream.

Pour gelatin with warm water. Peel the top fibers from the rhubarb and cut into small pieces. Place the rhubarb in a saucepan, add sugar and cover with a glass of water. Cook for 10-20 minutes. Add gelatin to the finished rhubarb and cool the mass to room temperature.
Step 3
Place the rhubarb and syrup in the cream baskets and refrigerate for 1 hour. Decorate with mint leaves if desired.
