Step 1
Examine the chicken legs. Remove the feather stumps and trim off excess fat. Rinse the legs under cold running water.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup and 2 tomatoes, grated through a sieve, to the onion. Add garlic, hop-suneli and black ground pepper to taste. Mix everything and simmer for 5 minutes.

Turn the legs over. Spread the contents of the pan evenly on top of them. Fry the legs for another 20-25 minutes, pouring them with the sauce obtained on the baking sheet. The dish is ready.

Try frying the legs in a dough. They can be served for dinner or taken on the road. Place small legs in a saucepan, sprinkle with spices of your choice. Add grated garlic, salt, a few tablespoons of sour cream and 2 bay leaves to a saucepan. Mix everything well.

Place the lid on the pot and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate the legs.

Prepare the dough. Mix water with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and season with salt. Add flour and knead to a soft dough.
