It is necessary

  • - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
  • - 1, 5 cups of powdered sugar;
  • - 250 g butter;
  • - 50 g of starch;
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - 50 g of cocoa powder;
  • - 2 bananas;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of brandy or whiskey;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of baking powder;
  • - a pinch of salt.
  • For fondant:
  • - 200 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 70 ml heavy cream;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
  • - walnuts.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat softened butter with a mixer, add powdered sugar, beat in eggs, pour in rum and add a pinch of salt. Rub everything thoroughly - you get a fairly lush mass.

Step 2

Sift the wheat flour with baking powder, cocoa powder and starch, then whisk together. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture one spoon at a time, without ceasing to beat.

Step 3

Peel the bananas, cut them into slices. Prepare a baking dish: brush it with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour half of the dough there, put the banana mugs, cover with the rest of the dough.

Step 4

Place the dish in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake the banana murzinek for an hour. Cool without removing from the mold. Then transfer to a dish.

It remains to prepare the fondant: break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a heat-resistant container, put it in a saucepan with boiling water. Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly. Pour in cream, add cocoa powder, mix thoroughly. Cool the fudge.
