Banana kvass has an excellent immune-strengthening effect. Its medicinal value is given by the components that are formed during the fermentation of the banana peel - tryptophan and mucopolysaccharides. Making banana kvass at home is quite simple and not expensive.

- Banana peel - 2 to 3 cups
- granulated sugar - 1 glass;
- sour cream - 2 teaspoons;
- water - 3 liters.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a banana peel, rinse thoroughly and chop.
Step 2
Place it in a gauze bag and place it on the bottom of a 3-liter jar. To prevent the bag from rising up, attach a small weight to it.
Step 3
Add 1 cup granulated sugar and pour clean spring water almost to the rim of the jar.
Step 4
Add sour cream after stirring it in 70-80 milliliters of water. The fat content of sour cream should not exceed 15%.
Step 5
Cover the jar with cheesecloth folded in 3-4 layers and keep the kvass at room temperature for 2-3 weeks.
Step 6
All this time, periodically remove the formed mold from the jar.
Step 7
Strain the kvass, place in a cool place and use as directed.
