"Blondie" is the brother of the well-known Brownie cakes. Only there is very little chocolate in them, but there is an airy and soft texture, a pleasant unobtrusive sweetness of a banana and a warm aroma of butter!
It is necessary
- - 260 g of premium flour;
- - a couple of pinches of salt;
- - 2 large eggs;
- - 2 medium ripe bananas;
- - 2 tbsp. vanilla sugar;
- - 160 g of sugar;
- - 200 g of chocolate;
- - 230 g butter;
- - 6 tablespoons condensed milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave and cool slightly. Meanwhile, use a blender to mash the banana.
Step 2
Beat butter with sugar. Add 2 tbsp. vanilla sugar and eggs, beat again until smooth. Add mashed banana, condensed milk and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add flour sifted with salt. Stir everything with a whisk without whisking. Grate 200 g of chocolate (or chop with a knife) and mix half with the dough. Put the resulting mass into a mold. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate on top.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake "Blondie" for 25 minutes. Cool and serve.
