Pancakes are a frequent guest on the tables of many Russian families. Cooked with cottage cheese or cheese, meat or fish, they are always delicious. But if you use bananas and chocolate as a filling for them, then you can hardly find the best delicacies anywhere.
It is necessary
- - Kefir (or yogurt) - 1 tbsp.;
- - Eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - Boiling water - 1 tbsp.;
- - Salt - a pinch;
- - Flour - 1 tbsp.;
- - Sugar - 3-5 tbsp. spoons;
- - Baking powder - 1 tsp;
- - Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons + for frying;
- - Banana and chocolate - by the number of pancakes;
- - Butter - for coating.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour kefir into a deep cup. Pour boiling water into it in a thin stream. Mix. Add salt, sugar, baking powder and eggs. Mix everything well again. Slowly add flour (so that no lumps appear). Add 2 tbsp. spoons of oil so that the pancakes do not burn and are elastic. Mix.
Step 2
Preheat a frying pan, grease it with oil. Pour the dough onto it using a ladle. Bake pancakes in the usual way that you are familiar with (that is, the way you always do it). After removing each pancake, grease the top with butter. This will make it softer.
Step 3
Grease each pancake with chocolate melted in a water bath. Peel the banana, cut it across into 2-3 pieces. Place on the edge of the pancake. Wrap in a roll. Put the finished pancakes with chocolate and banana on a beautiful plate, decorate with the rest of the chocolate on top.
Serve with tea, cocoa, coffee, compote or any other drink your family prefers. There is, tasting the taste of every sweet bite.
