A simple recipe for sweet chocolate polka-dotted pancakes is easy to implement. You will need regular products and a pharmacy syringe. The composition of the dough can be selected at will, and it is allowed to replace cocoa powder with "Nesquik", it is even tastier. Such unusual pancakes will appeal to both children and teenagers, suitable for treating guests at Maslenitsa, on ordinary weekdays. The main thing is to bake them in a thick cast-iron pan on one side under the lid, then applying any pattern you wish.
It is necessary
- - 250 ml of milk;
- - 125 g of sifted wheat flour;
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar (for those with a sweet tooth, you can double the amount);
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- - 1 raw egg;
- - 1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa or Nesquik;
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - thick-walled frying pan;
- - a medical syringe without a needle.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix eggs and sugar in a deep bowl or saucepan, add a pinch of salt, baking powder from a bag. It is better to use not a mixer for this purpose, but an ordinary hand whisk.
Step 2
Pour milk slightly warmed up in the microwave to the mixture, mix all the ingredients.
Step 3
Pour the sifted flour into the pan, use a mixer or a whisk to knead not too thin, but not thick dough. Stir in a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Leave on the table for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Now you need to decide which pancakes you want to bake - the usual light ones with chocolate "peas" on the surface or chocolate ones with white circles. The choice will depend on which dough should be made in a larger volume - brown or white. If you decide to bake unusual chocolate pancakes, you need to pour some of the contents from the pan into a cup, and add cocoa to the main volume, mix. You can do it easier - make the same amount of brown and light dough, draw a mixture for drawing into 2 syringes from each bowl, thicken it slightly with flour.
Step 5
Gently type the white dough into a volumetric syringe without a needle, with its help any patterns on the surface will be easily drawn.
Step 6
Preheat a thick-bottomed frying pan (preferably cast iron), grease it with oil. Pour the chocolate dough with a ladle in a thin layer, wait 10 seconds for the surface to dry slightly. Squeeze out "peas" of any size from the syringe, close the pan with a lid.
Step 7
Bake the pancake over low heat until tender, transfer it to a plate, pattern up, to cool. Repeat this with each pancake until the dough runs out. You can bake both chocolate and ordinary pancakes at the same time, roll them up into tubes or triangles, and arrange them beautifully on a plate.
Step 8
You can serve tea with jam, fresh berries, sour cream or condensed milk.
