The combination of exactly white chocolate with the taste of creamy cream cheese is, perhaps, already a classic! Lovers of melting in your mouth desserts will appreciate!

- - 375 g of creamy cheese;
- - 75 g of white chocolate;
- - 85 g of sugar;
- - 15 g vanilla sugar;
- - 100 g low-fat sour cream;
- - 2 tbsp. topped with cornstarch;
- - zest of half a lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to melt the chocolate. Remember that you need to be more careful and careful with white chocolate than with milk or bitter ones, so we do it in a water bath: this way we can fully control the process. Let cool slightly.
Step 2
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. In a spacious bowl, beat the proteins, gradually introducing half the sugar norm, until stable peaks.
Step 3
Whisk all other ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth. First add the cooled chocolate to them, and then the protein mass in several steps, writing out the figure eight with a spatula from the bottom up.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (with convection). We prepare two forms: we spread the mass into a smaller one and level it, put it in a large one and fill the last half with boiling water. We send this structure to the oven for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Let it cool in the oven with the door ajar, and then put it in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with syrup or your favorite jam. And also thick homemade sour cream or whipped cream will be very appropriate.
